Enhanced Standard Stock Options
|
|
| M14H6 Walnut, Field-Match |
|
|
This has proven to be an extremely versatile stock.
We call this our Hybrid-Grip Stock as it has an Enhanced Standard, Semi-Vertical shape that on our hands puts the web
between the thumb and the trigger finger above the highest point of the exposed trigger. The result is a grip that allows
the hand to relax like a target style grip, but have the downward pointing trigger finger preferred by traditionalists.
The wood stocks are the lightest and the laminate ones are the most stable.
We currently offer
four different profile forends for our Hybdrid Grip, Enhanced Standard Stocks. - M14H1 Lightweight Forend
- M14H2 Medium Weight Forend
- M14H3 Heavyweight Forend
- M14H6 Tactical Forend
Our H-Model stocks are currently made as Field-Match
(FM) stocks that are match fit with a Unitized Stock-Liner(TM) and are feild strippable. The Range-Match (RM) version
is available to order, but my take more time to deliver. For a full description of our Field-Match and Range-Match stocks
go to the Product Options Page.

M14H6 Tactical Forend Hybrid
Grip Stock
|
|
M14H6 Calitacical(TM):
This is the best forend for mounting rails as we made the forend flat of the sides and bottom. The nice
radius on the forend makes it comfortable on the support hand. We designed this stock for use with all
barrels and models but do not recommend this stock for lugged receivers.

M14H1 Lightweight Forend
Hybrid Grip Stock
|
|
While we had the Scout (18")
and SOCOM (16") models in mind when we designed this stock, the 22" standard profile barrel models are are
well suited for this stock as well. The Medium Weight Barrel models are OK in this stock, but we really recommend the
Medium Weight Forend for those. We do not recommend this stock for use with lugged receivers.

|
M14H2 Medium Hybrid
Grip Stock
|
|
We designed this
stock for use with Medium Weight Barrel models like the Loaded and National Match. This stock is well suited
for use with lugged receivers. While this forend is OK with Heavy Barrels, if you have a Super Match or equivelent,
the M14P3 may be a better choice.

M14H3 Heavy Forend Hybrid
Grip Stock
|
|
We designed this
stock for use with heavy barrels like the Super Match, M21, and M25 models. This stock is also well suited
for use with Lugged Receivers.

Current
Turn Around Times
|
|
25 December 2011: Due to our current backlog, any order placed at this
time will likely not be filled until or after August 2012. At that time I will be retired from the US military and be
working on rifle stocks full time. Please fill out the Non-Binding Order Form to get in line as the line is not getting
shorter. I don't ask for any money until I'm actually working on your stock and you can easily cancel any time before
you send in the payment.
5 Sep 2011: We are finishing a run of Laminate
stocks and will be concentrating on older orders placed for Walnut, Myrtle and Maple. Those stocks are more time consuming
to make for the P models.
We
are currently finishing orders placed in Feb/Mar 2011. We estimate turn-around time at 6 months, but it could be longer
or shorter depending on what you order and what we have already made.
