Shuff's Mini-G in a LAW483 M14P2 Walnut Stock Customer supplied picture We designed and made this stock pattern back in 2004 as an alteranative to the BM59 Nigerian stock.  We used our M14E2 design as the base.  In 2011 we updated the grip and stock contours to our new LAW483 M14P1 design wich was an enhancement over the military M14E2 (M14A1) stock. We made the stock sides contoured for a more attractive laminate stock. Additionally, our grip is designed and formed by us to fit the hand nicely.  This grip flows into a more graceful buttstock with a slightly higher comb.  The belly of the buttstock is deigned so that we can run a short or long Length Of Pull without reducing or adding to the footprint of the butt. We had the Tanker models in mind when we designed this stock, so the Shuffs Mini-G as well as the standard profile Garand models are well suited for this stock.  It should also be mentioned that because the M1 Garand has an 8-round enbloc clip feed internal magazine it can have a pistol grip in California. 25 December 2011:  Due to our current backlog, any order placed at this time will likely not be filled until or after August 2012.  At that time I will be retired from the US military and be working on rifle stocks full time.  Please fill out the Non-Binding Order Form to get in line as the line is not getting shorter.  I don't ask for any money until I'm actually working on your stock and you can easily cancel any time before you send in the payment. 5 Sep 2011:  We are finishing a run of Laminate stocks and will be concentrating on older orders placed for Walnut, Myrtle and Maple.  Those stocks are more time consuming to make for the P models. We are currently finishing orders placed in Feb/Mar 2011.  We estimate turn-around time at 6 months, but it could be longer or shorter depending on what you order and what we have already made.
